Refund policy

Rollback policy.

Every Regex piece is printed to order for you, so all sales are final. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size guide on each product page before you order. What we do offer is below.

Misprint, damage or wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, we replace it at no cost. Email team@regexwear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem and the label. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Size exchange (paid)

Wrong size? You can exchange it once per item:

- Request it by email within 14 days of delivery.

- The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

- You send it back at your own cost, with tracking, to the address we give you.

- An exchange fee covers reprinting and shipping the new size: $25 for a Tee, $35 for a Hoodie (US). International exchange fees are quoted by email.

- We ship the new size once the original arrives and passes inspection.

Cancellations

Orders go into production fast. You can cancel within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing team@regexwear.com. After that, the order is in the build queue and can't be cancelled.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law where you live.

- EU and UK: you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that time, then return the item within 14 more days at your own cost. We refund the item price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving it back, and may deduct for any loss in value from handling beyond what's needed to check the item.

- Israel: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, as set by the Consumer Protection Law. A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies, and the item must be returned unused.

- Defects: where local law gives you more for a faulty item, those rules apply.
